My research is primarily oriented around multimodal computer-vision and computationally efficient reinforcement learning. My work on resilient navigation & path planning in fires was published in Robotics: Science & Systems, and was recognized internationally by the Regeneron Science Talent Search competition.

My projects come to life whenever I have a curiosity, or a problem that needs to be solved. Ranging from spinal braces to wifi antennae, each of my builds is an opportunity to learn something new and make something cool.

I always try to keep creative when I have the chance. As an amateur writer, artist, and photographer, I love finding new forms of expression.
